What is art? The photo, utility box painting or some twisted lengths of pipe stuck in the ground that when viewed from the correct angle spell out the word "ART"? You tell me. In MY opinion, the utility boxes would be considered an Art Crime AKA Graffiti ...I do like how the "Pipe Sculptor" used recycled material to create something that would make a person say hmmmm….OK so now I have 3 questions for you, is the sculptors name Art? is the sculptor simply pointing out the obvious? Do you use that pipe sculpture when giving out directions to tourists?
